Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only an exchange if applicable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If damaged you must file a damaged package claim with the carrier and ship it back to us for a replacement of equal value.

Please ship return to the sender's address that was on the original shipping label at your cost. Please also include your reason for return.
If the item is returned undamaged within 30 days we will process your refund. Sale items and gifts are non refundable & only exchangeable for a product of equal value if they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and returned in the manner listed in this policy sectionRefunds are handled on a case by case basis, we want happy customers so this policy isn't a one size fits all policy. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards and Gifted Products 
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once an item is in pre-shipment there is a 20% restocking fee if you choose to cancel your order at that time during the processing procedures. Once an item is in active transit to your location and has left our facility, we will not issue a full refund until you have returned the item in accordance with our return policy. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We do offer exchanges for sale items if there is a manufacturer defect. Sale items and gifts are non refundable & only exchangeable for a product of equal value if they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and returned in the manner listed in this policy section. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, cancelations of an item awaiting shipment is subject to a restocking fee of twenty percent per our discretion as well. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PRODUCTS
     Our items are handmade and are designed to look rustic, worn, antiqued, and aged. We accomplish this attractive look by applying many techniques we have learned over the years. This includes cutting boards at different lengths and piecing them together in the way they did in the early days on the frontier when nothing was wasted and everything was utilized to its fullest potential. Minor dents, dings, rubbing, various depths of paint and stain applications add to the worn and authentic rustic farmhouse look you are trying to achieve. This in itself makes each piece unique and one of a kind adding value, beauty, and originality to your home.
 They are designed and hand painted by us. We distress all of the signs that We make to give them a rustic farmhouse look. We strive to keep the natural character of the wood. No two pieces are ever the same - wood, notches, knots and distressing vary from each sign.
Charring and Charred refer to a technique in which we use a torch to burn the unit adding detail unmatched by others it also means each piece is different as each piece of wood reacts different when burned giving it a very unique, one of a kind, and detailed rustic appearance with our application. Distressed refers to a technique where we distress the unit to make the item look old and worn in spots adding to the originality of each unit and giving it a battle worn appearance and texture,  We use high-quality cabinet grade materials and hardware to ensure the beauty and longevity of each handcrafted piece. Our products are made with Northern White Pine & Pine Ply from Wyoming.
