SHIPMENTS THAT WOULD NOT FIT ON THE CARRIER'S TRUCK DUE TO LIMITED SPACE ON LOADOUTS WILL BE PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING DAYS ON AN OVERFLOW LOADOUT.

YOUR TRACKING WILL UPDATE ACCORDINGLY WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT IS PICKED UP AND SCANNED BY THE CARRIER.

You will receive an email with your tracking number and a shipping notification when we first book and prepay for your shipment & shipping labels as it goes through quality control and enters the packaging process. And another email when it is picked up and scanned by UPS/USPS/FEDEX Personnel.
Orders Are Currently Processing and Shipping after APPROXIMATELY 7 to 10 Business days of processing. Order processing times do not include the free 5 to 8 business day shipping & transit times listed at checkout that is time it takes UPS to deliver your order.

At times the carrier cannot fit all of our shipments on their truck during a loadout due to limited space on Fridays. When that occurs they will depart the following week on a secondary loadout.
Our label creation system is through UPS directly and not integrated with the shopify shop app. Which is why you receive an email directly from us when your label is created and your item enters the aforementioned packaging process. Most items ships via UPS GROUND SURE POST. Which is the same service Amazon, and many others use, especially during the holiday season. UPS ground picks the item up from our facility and it is transferred to your local post office for final rural delivery. Which is great because they deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. You only need to track through the UPS tracking number we send you via email.
**Remember, once an order is placed on our website it can take APPROXIMATELY TEN business days to process and then ship out. During peak holidays and sales events that can fluctuate. Thank you for your understanding!!!!!

Charring and Charred refer to a technique in which we use a torch to burn the unit adding detail unmatched by others, it also means each piece is different as each piece of wood reacts differently when burned giving it a very unique, one of a kind, and detailed rustic appearance with our application. Distressed refers to a technique where we distress the unit to make the item look old and worn in spots adding to the originality of each unit and giving it a battle worn appearance and texture. We use high Quality cabinet grade materials and hardware to ensure the beauty and longevity of each handcrafted piece.

Our items are handmade and are designed to look rustic, worn, antiqued, and aged. We accomplish this attractive look by applying many techniques we have learned over the years. This includes cutting boards at different lengths and piecing them together in the way they did in the early days on the frontier when nothing was wasted and everything was utilized to its fullest potential. Minor dents, dings, rubbing, various depths of paint and stain applications add to the worn and authentic rustic farmhouse look you are trying to achieve. This in itself makes each piece unique and one of a kind adding value, beauty, and originality to your home. Our concealment decor signs and stove top cover creation process is done by hand here at our shop. From cutting, assembling, sanding, painting, and finishing. All of our stove top covers, wall decor & lamp products are handcrafted in the USA with domestic and globally sourced materials.
