WE ARE CLOSED WEDNESDAY 01/14 & THURSDAY 01/15 FOR THE BIRTH OF OUR DAUGHTER. FRIDAY 01/16 WE WILL BE OUT OF THE HOSPITAL & HEADED BACK THAT AFTERNOON. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE CONGRATULATIONS EMAILS!! ONCE I HAVE THEM HOME & SETTLED IN, I WILL HEAD TO THE SHOP AND GET THE UPDATES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SENT INQUIRIES.  FULL OPERATIONS WILL RESUME THIS UPCOMING MONDAY 

***UPDATE: On Monday morning 01/19 my fiancé started having serious post labor complications and had to go back to the hospital. She has been admitted. 

She is dealing with Preeclampsia(life threatening) & spinal fluid loss. Post Dural Puncture (Also Life Threatening) this is from the epidural failure during labor, & they will now have to do surgery. We will not be in the Shop Tuesday 01/20/2026. I will keep everyone updated. Your thoughts & prayers are appreciated!!
**MONDAY 02/23 IS OUR FIRST FULLY STAFFED DAY BACK IN OPERATION!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS & PATIENCE!! 

FRIDAY 03/20 LOADOUT RESCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY 03/24. WE ARE AT THE HOSPITAL TODAY 03/20 FOR KAYLA’S SURGERY STEMMING FROM COMPLICATIONS FROM HER DELIVERY. WE WILL BE OPEN ON TUESDAY 03/24 AFTER RECOVERY & RETURNING HOME. MY APOLOGIES & PRAYERS ARE APPRECIATED!!

YOUR TRACKING WILL UPDATE ACCORDINGLY WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT IS PICKED UP AND SCANNED BY THE CARRIER.

You will receive an email with your tracking information and a shipping notification when we first book and prepay for your shipment & generate shipping labels while it goes through quality control and enters the packaging process. And another email when it is picked up and scanned by UPS/USPS/FEDEX Personnel

Orders Are Currently Processing and Shipping after APPROXIMATELY 7 to 10 Business days. Order processing time does not include shipping; transit times listed at checkout is the time it takes UPS to deliver your order once it leaves our facility. 

 At times the carrier cannot fit all of our shipments on their truck during a loadout due to limited space on Fridays. When that occurs they will depart the following week on a secondary (OVERFLOW) loadout.

Our label creation system is through UPS directly and not integrated with the shopify shop app. Which is why you receive an email directly from us when your label is created and your item enters the aforementioned packaging process.

Most items ships via UPS GROUND SURE POST. Which is the same service Amazon, and many others use, especially during the holiday season. UPS ground picks the item up from our facility and it is transferred to your local post office for final rural delivery. Which is great because they deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday.

You only need to track through the UPS tracking number we send you via email. Tracking typically updates by midnight on the day of pickup when the carrier returns to their distribution hub and scans the shipments as they are offloaded
